Had to wait 4 hours for an oil change, the service writer failed to tell me that my car was ready so after waiting I decided to ask about my vehicle he asked me my last name and I told him then he said he co failed to tell me that my car was ready so after waiting I decided to ask about my vehicle he asked me my last name and I told him then he said he couldn’t find the work order then he looked again and figured out that the car eas already done so I waited fir four hours and my car was ready long before that! I think your service writer should follow up with his customers more often than he did so therefor I was really disappointed with the service that day! I figured I paid my money for the platinum package with no problem so I shouldn’t have to wait 4 hours for an oil change!!!! More

Service was completed in a very reasonable time. That's the first positive. I arrived when there were no other guests to check-in so there was no pressure on any service person to check you in and move on the first positive. All checked-in? Next, wait...there was no next to move on to. No friendliness to let me know we continue to want your service here. I also take my vehicle to West Covina Nissan and NEVER get the bum's rush treatment. Guess if I want friendly service at the service desk I picked the wrong location. I will be happy to go back to WCN for future visits than to return here for what? Not friendly. At least upon paying for the service done the cashier was very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. More
