I will not recommend to anyone! I regret getting a Nissan being a 2019 I’ve had problems with it as in paint flaking off and bubbling. You call that a poor paint job. Upon leaving that day I noticed a scratch and notified Jessica she said she would get it taken care of, that never happened. Once you leave the lot with your purchase they could care less from there. I purchased my 2018 Armada at another dealership. I came to Nissan Union City because the car was still under Warranty. I met Lamont When I pulled in the service bay. He took my information and I left the to Nissan Union City because the car was still under Warranty. I met Lamont When I pulled in the service bay. He took my information and I left the truck there for the repair. The truck needed a computer update. He updated it at no charge. The next time I went in for an oil change Lamont greeted me by my name. I got an oil change and tire rotation. He told me they did not rotate the tire because I needed new tires. He told me I did not have to get them that day but I needed them. I got them that day for safety reasons. Lamont kept me informed while I was waiting. Several weeks after I got tires my battery went dead while I was out. I contacted the number giving to me for roadside assistance and was told the car was not registered to me and they could not tow me. I was upset so I contacted Lamont who without a blink of an eye asked for my location. As we were speaking the other roadside assistance called advising they would be there in 45 minutes. I clicked back to Lamont thanked him and told him roadside assistance was coming. He called me back after 6 and I advised they had not come yet but my husband had just arrived to my location, he jumped me and I was on my way. Never have I had a service advisor care so much. He was going to tow me from McDonough to Union City free of charge so I could get a battery. I am humbled. People forget what you say but remember how you made them feel! More

They do not finance anymore, which they should have told her. They were only trying to get her to trade her car to make a sale or do a lease. They don’t tell you this on the phone they wait until you get there to play you. Real sneaky, but I had their number. They said they got rid of the bad apples, watch out for them. We wasted our time on Saturday morning. And by the way the salesman was Jaleel and his manager. Don’t let them talk you into anything other than what you go there for, BE AWARE! More

And this traumatic experience left me so bitter and angry at all the other car dealers that I visited after that experience that it wasn't fair to them. I purchased a car from Nissan of Morrow and couldn't believe that a car buying could be so sweet, smooth with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, from the moment I drove up all the way to my car.
