2018 Nissan Murano The whole sales experience was horrible. A week after i bought the car, the dealer contacted me about missing copies of my license and paystub that w The whole sales experience was horrible. A week after i bought the car, the dealer contacted me about missing copies of my license and paystub that were given to them in the day of person. Till today, nobody knows what happened to my original copies. A sales person named Ila lied and told me the march madness promotion was no longer in effort on 3/29 but I found out it expired on the 4/1. Management has yet to address the easy. I also requested a specific sales rep, Ila lied and Sid he didn't work there anymore but got caught in a lie when the other sales rep came in. More

Not only did that the salesperson lie about the march madness promotion, I had asked for Sherwin Brown and was lied to and told he was no linger employed there until Ila B. got caught when I ran into him then she never came back to me, I finished up with the sales person I initially requested. Poor Service I took my car in for repairs. Alternator was not charging and cluster didn’t work. I was told they needed more time to diagnose the problem. That was I took my car in for repairs. Alternator was not charging and cluster didn’t work. I was told they needed more time to diagnose the problem. That was $500. Then I was told the cluster and the neutral and reverse switch had to be replaced. $1100. After being told several times the car would be ready the next day. I went a week later to pick the car up. Cluster was not replaced, the light for the speedometer is not working. The car was dirty tires were low in pressure. $1000 price tag. $800 in Labor. Definitely will never with this dealer again. I will be spreading the word. More
