Went in because my vehicle was making a terrible noise while driving down the road. Drove to the dealer immediately. Dane greeted me promptly and wrote up the ticket. I went to pick up and the price was actually a little less than they had quoted me. The car now drives like a new vehicle, but it is a 2002. I would highly recommend Dane and Dainton to anyone I know. More

Trust is the main factor when it comes to car repair. I can trust Dan Jones at Nissan South with my car. Most service people will give you a list of repairs and services, insisting all need to be done that day. While I still get the repair/service list, Dane gives me the must haves. He listens to my version of what I think is wrong and always tells me "let me check it out." This is why I have returned to Nissan South for my car maintenance. My 2000 Nissan Maxima is 12 years old, I bought it with 27,000 miles and it still looks great and still runs great. More

I went there for my second oil change for my Rogue. They were helpful and gave me the Reward Card which I knew nothing about till I went to Nissan South. I had gone to Conyers Nissan where I purchased my Ro were helpful and gave me the Reward Card which I knew nothing about till I went to Nissan South. I am a middle age female and haven't been responsible for getting my oil changed alone before. So someone being helpful and informative is very important to me. I have had alot of work done at this dearlership. I trust my service advisor and he always takes time to explain everything that needs to be done on my car. I have never had a bad experience and I am always my service advisor and he always takes time to explain everything that needs to be done on my car. I would give this dealership 5 star only because of the service department. The sales department is having very bad reviews from other people as well as my personal experience at this dealership with sales service department. I called in about a deal shown on tv that was too good to be true. Of course it was... but that wasnt the worst part of the experience. Melvina was VERY RUDE. Well on a visit to an only change, I decided to look a new vehicle on 10/31/11. I look at trying to trade a sentra for an altima. I looked at few cars, and decied on one vehicle, after getting back to the new vehicle on 10/31/11. I look at trying to trade a sentra for an altima. I looked at few cars, and decied on one vehicle, after getting back to the dealership and them pulling a credit app, they decied that car was out of the price range. so we looked at few other altima and found one that I could deal with. After further inspection I saw that car had some cosmetic flaws that I wanted fixed. Tey told me that buying a used car(2011 Altima I was buying as is) I was like are you serious! I walked out of that deal. After seveeral attempts buy the dealership to get my business, we finally made an Agreement on an Altima. This vehicle was to my liking however with no floor mats and only one key. I was told to tell the finance company that the Altima had premium sound, alloy wheels,moonroof, and leather. I explained that I need to have mats and a second key or something to make me feel like going into this deal and lie. They told me that I was getting my car paid off and getting a newwer car. I said I have a new vehilce now so after getting tired of going back an forth I agreed. Well after 3 three weeks of waiting I had my car, but my old car was not paid off yet. I called to find out whym they told me that they had not gotten paid from the finance comapany for my new car that is why they are not paying my old car off. I say that is not my issue and they need to pay them. I was told to call the finanace compnay so they can verify my info, and th finance manager told me that he could not call that I had to call. i called them and they when the finance company asked about the car I told they that the options were not on the car as told by the dealership (fraud already). They called me the next day saying I have two options eiter bring a down payment or the car back. I came back after work and asked for Rafew and he explained that I should have played with them now the deal can not go thru. I took him outside and explained to him why I did not play right since I felt like I was getting duped. He threw up his hands and said He does not want to deal with me anymore. I said cool, give me my car and my DP of $250 cas no check, since I gave him cash. after going back and forth my car came out, with only one set of keys, which I gave them two and no cash or check. another finance manager attempted to make another deal. Aftertrying another Altima I told them that my wife did not want the color and they told me that was my last vehicle in my range. Well give my money and let me be on my way. at this point it is now 7pm, and I can not get a check, cash or my other key since everybody in those departments are closed come back on monday. I stated that was unacceptable. They could not do anything about it. I stated someone took my cash after 7 and someone can get my cash and my key. The manager came out after overhearing my complaint It told him the story and he was trying to restate the problem I told that someone is going to make an exception as I was not leaving the car I was going to purchase and take my old car hom without all the items I gave them and no money. He called the police (as if I broke some laws) they showed up and we explained each side. The police stated I had to wait since their company policy will not allow for the get my any money. I stated what about my property since I gave them two keys and further mmore I have no plate on the car. The police staed that I could have my wife bring me the old plate so I can go home. I stated no since I am being inconvienced and they wont inconvience the people who can settle this issue. In the end I ended up with the car I was going to purchase for the weekend and will have to come in monday to get everything supposedly right. I can imagine that monday will be eventful since I know that they will try some noew BS to keep my money. I would not recommend ANYONE to use these crooks. You are better buying a car out of state or out of the Atlanta Area but definately not at Nissan South. You can see the crooks coming at you when you drive on the lot. Go somewhere else and deal with someone who will be honest and upfront.....go to CARMAX!!!!! More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERAHIP!!!! They advertised on the radio and this place is full of BS! I did a credit app with one of their sales people over the phone and the guy told me that I was approved. I told him that I only had 1200 to put down and he said that was fine and that is all that I needed! Needless to say that I was going back and forth with this sales person for over 2 weeks. He was unprofessional, barely returned any of my calls, was always full of excuses and every time I talked to him he always quoted me a different amount for the monthly payments. So I decided to not deal with him and spoke with his manager who apologized and told me that he would work with me from now on. I advised him of the down payment that I had and the amount that I was comfortable paying. (Because he asked me). He re-checked my credit (not sure why but he seemed like he was trying to help so I was ok with it) and told me that I was approved, the down payment that I had was more than enough and scheduled an appointment for me to come out and get a car. The previous salesman called me the following day, AT MY JOB, and said "Why did you tell my manager that I wasn't helping you?" He was irate, rude and I had to hang up on him before he started yelling. I called his manager back, explained what happened and he assured me that he was going to take care of the situation. I had a co-worker (that I had to pay to take me out there because the place was an hour away from my job) take me out there and we looked around the lot at the cars. We went inside, looked for the manager and was told to have a seat. When he joined us he told me that I would need more than 1200 down. Once again, I was lied to but I kept my composure because I needed a car. He asked me how much could I put down. I told him 1500. He said ok and left to pull up a list of vehicles in my price range. While we were waiting another guy had come in to inquire about purchasing a car as well. He was lied to...as well! He became loud and advised the salesman that he wasn’t going to do business with them! That should have been a red flag for me, but it wasn’t. I needed a car. The manager came back with the list and walked us outside. He pointed out a 1999 two door pick up truck that looked like a Tonka truck! I said no, that's not what I want. He then showed me a 2000 Saturn that wouldn't even start to do the test drive. I told him no! We went back inside and he told me that those were the only 2 cars that he was going to offer and he was going to need at least 2500 down! I was so upset because now the manager lied to me and was trying to offer me junk. He also stated that the payments would be 400.00 per month for 5-6 years! WHAT??? So I left. PLEASE...DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY!!! More

NISSAN SOUTH, MORROW, GA.: I went in for a part (catalytic converter) in May, 2011 for "check engine" light to go off so I could get inspection required in Ga. My mechanic (not Nissan) had just ru (catalytic converter) in May, 2011 for "check engine" light to go off so I could get inspection required in Ga. My mechanic (not Nissan) had just run the test to determine what it needed right before and had called and spoke to Richard at Nissan about it. He had hoped to get a code to clear it until I could get it fixed so I could get inspection done, because I was very ill and emission test was due the next day (my birthday). My job requires driving and it's important I stay legal. Richard said I'd have to bring to them for a diagnostic. By the time they got through "fixing" it, they had NOT replaced the part I went in for, but replaced two more parts, including computer!! (mechanic pointed out they didn't even give me a new computer but refurbished and charged $1018.00 for just that part!). They also replace another part (throttle, I think) and that bewildered my mechanic...made no sense to him. The total I ended up paying was $2,108 for a 10 year old car! The parts they replaced, with diagnostic aside, were not necessary for check engine light to go off. It's questionable whether these even showed in their diagnostic but regardless, the part I went in for was the FIRST (and only necessary) thing that should have been replaced, but they didn't. And the next day the check engine light came back on! I took car back (and ended up being hospitalized later that day, eventually having surgery as result of illness...that's why it took a while to try and resolve. But I've spoken to Richard about this several times, including shortly after I'd taken car in). Since my health has gotten better, I've tried and tried to talk to Nissan South and their home office with NO results. They keep saying to go back for a diagnostic (at first they wanted me to pay for another!) and if 2 parts (which they shouldn't have put on in first place) don't work they'll replace. They're missing my whole point! They didn't fix the part that needed fixing in the first place, so why would I take it back for that!? I asked for enough money ($1,000, Richard said it'd take) back to get my mechanic to fix....I don't trust Nissan South. But home office is like a parrot...only repeating what Nissan South says and not listening to concerned with my complaints. Guess they don't care to check and see the BBB rating and complaints against this dealership. I like Nissans and had thought of one day purchasing a new one, but rethinking that!!! If you can't get the home office to help, then your hands are tied....outside of the hassle of taking legal action or doing consumer complaints to protect others from same fate. When I told Richard my mechanic said the part I took it in for should have been the FIRST thing replaced and only) Richard didn't deny that. He said they didn't know about the catalytic converter because it didn't show on their original diagnostic. It happened after I left there (ridiculous). But when my mechanic and I looked at their paperwork they'd hand written in that the car needed a catalytic converter in Bank 2 (same thing my mechanics diagnostic had shown). That was noted on the first day I took it!, so they did know! My mechanic said I have the right to know the code of Nissan's diagnostic. When I asked Richard over the phone about it recently, he claimed he didn't have it (even though he could see the rest on computer) and would have to get it (I believe he meant "come up" with a code for the two parts they replaced...why didn't he show me the codes to begin with?). I have asked the home office for just the money back to cover the catalytic converter (again, $1,000, Richard said). With what they charged ($2108) I'm still in the hole for what I needed. I want my mechanic I trust to do the work! I have seen many complaints on them, and they have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB noted their failure to respond to customer complaints. Why am I not surprised!? I would NOT do business with this company! JW, Georgia More
