This Nissan dealership was very receptive of me coming in for help. Philip the service person that helped me all the way to the end was absolutely wonderful and respectful. When I brought my vehicle in for t for help. Philip the service person that helped me all the way to the end was absolutely wonderful and respectful. However living in Athens, I called the service dept about what I hoped was a minor problem with my tire pressure warning light etc. And they said they could take care of me right away, so I came in. I was greeted by a very cordial and competent service rep, and in a very short period of time all of those computer system warnings were checked and since all four of my tires were low, they filled me up, and I was back on my way. also, very kindly, and appreciated, I was not charged a penny! This is my first experience with a Nissan service department, but I will be back when I can in order to avoid a drive to Gwinnett Infiniti because of this very positive experience. More

Your service associates are nice and professional as usual. I came in for a oil change and they said they were not busy. It took 1 1/2 hours for a oil change. Then they were charging me for the oil cha usual. I came in for a oil change and they said they were not busy. It took 1 1/2 hours for a oil change.
