I was contacted by Nissan telling me I had been selected for $10 oil change. Scheduled for 5/23. Got there and I wasn’t scheduled. So I had to pay more. Somebody dropped the ball. for $10 oil change. Parts department. I didn’t feel like the guy that helped me was wanting to help. We made an appointment this past Thursday or Friday for Saturday May 23. We were told that we had the part for our truck and me was wanting to help. We made an appointment this past Thursday or Friday for Saturday May 23. We were told that we had the part for our truck and they would fix it on Saturday. I got there and a lady working in the service department took me to parts and said that they would help me there. I waited for a few minutes. Then the guy told me that he didn’t have the part in stock. I told him that we just called the day before and verified that they had it in stock and that we made an appointment for today. He then told me that there was a communication problem between the service department and parts and that he had no idea that we would be coming. Also said they sell this part everyday. He then said let me check again to see if the inventory is incurrent. Thankful it was and they were able to fix the door. Surge at the service department was very helpful. But the parts guy not so much. More
