Absolute disaster with service department. 2014 Nissan Juke, bought here and regularly serviced here. Nine days after $497.52 service and assurance that car was in great shape, it had a catastr 2014 Nissan Juke, bought here and regularly serviced here. Nine days after $497.52 service and assurance that car was in great shape, it had a catastrophic engine failure and threw a rod. The car was deemed junk. This is nearly unheard of these days. Dealership gave no explanation and offered my wife nothing in return, even though she had loyally supported this service department for years with thousands of dollars. Service Manager and Customer Loyalty Manager both promised return phone calls and neither one of them have returned my phone calls. I have emailed Customer Loyalty Manager, and she will not return emails. I requested complete service history, which my wife had paid for, and dealership has refused to give it to me. The ownership and management of this dealership do not keep their word or treat loyal customers with integrity. Feel free to call me for more details. More

Service Advisors will take advantage of uninformed customers and try to upsell them on unnecessary maintenance items. My wife was recently charged $130+ for a brake fluid flush. The Service Advisor did not ask for her approval to do the service. Service Advisor authorized the brake system flush on his own and added it to her invoice. She didn't question the service charge and paid it without giving approval. Do the research on brake fluid flush. This is scam emplyed by many dealerships to milk money from uninformed motorists. No telling how many other unnecessary maintenance items these folks add to the bills of uninformed customers. Ladies, be very wary of what these folks are charging you for. Question every service item on your invoice. Guys, please educate your wives on what is/isn't necessary routine maintenance on their vehicles. More
