So I went with my sister on a very rainy day to look for a new car and Alex Pena was the first person we met, he was absolutely great! He was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The online price was not what was originally offered once I got to the dealer. I spent 5 hours negotiating to not pay the additional charges they added on and only when I was leaving did they honor the onlin I got to the dealer. Then when we got the truck they didn’t have all the keys to the additional locks. They told me I could cut them off myself or bring the truck by Tuesday through Thursday and they could do it. I would definitely not go back if I didn’t have to. More
