Extremely Impressed I gave a five star rating for this dealership based solely on my experience with Jesse Saiz. If it was not for him I would not have done business here. Please allow me to explain. I initially made an appointment with Krystal Rivera and was promised that I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, Krystal had made an appointment with me and opted to leave work early to attend a softball game. To be perfectly honest I would have been okay with making a new appointment but I wasn't given the opportunity because she failed to notify me that she would not be available to meet with me. However, I will admit I'm glad for the mix up. I had Jesse Saiz and I was blown away by his customer service. I didn't think there was such a thing as an "honest car salesman" but he hit the mark. He was incredibly patient for all of my questions and he didn't try to pressure me into a car. He was honest with me about what he could and couldn't do in terms of pricing and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. In addition to being so personable I would also like to reiterate the fact that he waited for me after his normal business hours (they close at 8:30pm) and we didn't leave the dealership until midnight. I felt horrible for keeping him so late but he genuinely seemed interested in helping me and making sure I left happy. Part of why I was so willing to do business with Nissan was because of their willingness to work with my schedule. The next day when I went to pick up my 2014 Mustang I was surprised to meet Krystal. She handed me my paperwork and sent me on my way with my vehicle. We basically introduced ourselves and went our separate ways. I was a little confused when I left because Jesse had promised me a full tank of gas and I was told I would be receiving two keys for my vehicle. I wasn't super upset...just a little bothered with it because it didn't align with what I was promised. I texted Jesse and asked if I would be receiving either of those items. Almost immediately after my text went through I had a call from Krystal and apparently Jesse had reached out to her and asked her to address those needs... Completely blown away. The car was sold I only half expected a response much less one that happened so quick! I had my car gassed up and my second key in hand within the next 15 minutes. I was really thrown for a loop there. Yes, the gas was nice and the extra key was a plus but I was most impressed that my car salesman Jesse Saiz was attentive, thoughtful and truly focused on providing me with a superior customer service experience. Will most definitely be returning and sending business to this dealership. More
