BUYER BEWARE. I wish I had done research before I trusted these people. This is going to be long but I suggest you read it, it is my opinion that this dealership and the people that I interacted with are liars and took advantage of us to make a quick buck. We purchased a used Ford F250 from them in December. The list price on auto trader was $13,995 - I have the original online listing. This was a reasonable price and we did not haggle. The sales person seemed trustworthy. In fact he fooled me so well that I originally left him a good review. We waited for financing for 4 or 5 hours, conveniently it was after 5 when we went in which is after banks close. My father had offered to buy the vehicle for us if we didn’t like the financing offer and they were made aware of this ahead of time. When we got into the room the finance manager gave us a finance offer and told us that the lien holder would require us to purchase an extended warranty to buy the vehicle. I was very unhappy about this but we had been there so long with our baby that we stupidly signed the paperwork. Come to find out, after speaking with the lien holder, this was a lie. I WAS able to get my money back, but It was a hassle to cancel the policy that we DID NOT WANT. Secondly, 10 days later I got the financing paperwork in the mail. The amount was much higher than it should have been. Come to find out, they added an extra $2,995 on top of the list price for “accessories”. The vehicle was used and had come in the day before on a trade with the accessories in place. They were never advertised as addition cost and we were never shown that at signing. Basically, the $3000 down payment we paid was a wash and did not go towards the price of the loan, that is what paid for the “accessories.” I have reached out to the dealership multiple times about this issue, they have never even given me the courtesy of a response. There are MANY other car dealerships that you can go to. It is my opinion that you should not waste your time here. More

The vehicle was listed at 29k and when I got the offer form it was marked up to over 35k with an added “protection plan”. I was adamant I did not want the plan as I live 2 hours away and wouldn’t need to come back to use it. They insisted I had to purchase it and would only come down $1000 which was still 4K over my budget explained on the phone. I had a nightmare time trying to get there due to my electric car and having to find arrangements for my children while I made this trip all for nothing. I pleaded that I just wanted to purchase it for 29k listing price and they refused. The manager was typical salesmen only caring about his pockets and no regard to the time I put into this. They attempted to swindle me and glad I got the heck out of there. Be careful because they will attempt to manipulate the final numbers so it looks as though your bottom line is less but in my case it was just the down payment (I pay) that was added to make the final number look lower when it was the same amount. Don’t waist your time here find a dealership that honors their listing price with out demanding unnecessary add ons! More

I honestly thought we had a great experience until the very end of our sale. Upon asking questions, they kept trying to gaslight us by moving the numbers around, but still leaving the same total? Our sales person was extremely unprofessional and did not communicate well at all, along with pulled his phone out to put on a football game during our sale. All was said, and done, and we left with the new vehicle, and then got harassed for days for even more pay stubs, all for them to never communicate after they are said that they are not all the information that they need. After calling the dealership a bunch of times and getting passed around Countless of times, we decided to attend in person to see if we can get some answers. A check engine light came on after only a week of having it, and when we arrived, the answer we got was “what do you expect us to do about that?“ I’m not exaggerating. Those were the exact words. after sitting for a while, waiting to talk to the finance person, my sales person up and left and went home without telling me or having anybody else take over, therefore, I sat there for over two hours, waiting just for everybody to not know why I was there and to not help me at all. Upon emailing the dealership about these concerns and unprofessionalism, they have not responded nor answered any calls or emails since. I tried to be extremely polite while discussing these concerns, but I hate that I have to even say them. This is a reputable dealership, and you would think that they want their money, but they did not take the right precautions in order to make sure that the loan was taken care of properly, which is a problem with their lack of communication about it. It wouldn’t be a problem if they were helpful and responsive, but I have been left in the dark and now cannot pay for this vehicle. I just bought. I worry about the repercussions. I am going to have to pay for or get penalized with because they did not take the proper steps in the financing department and my sales person Had no information nor any professional responses to any questions I had with my concerns. I’m not even too concerned with the check engine light thing, but I think the initial conversation about it was a slap in the face and seals the deal that I will never recommend anyone to the dealership. Upon talking to colleagues and other individuals in town, this has happened to many others as well. I personally think that who your sales person is, determines your professional experience and how things get done properly. I hate to write a negative review, but I can’t even get a dealership to call me back or email me back to let me know about my loan information and if any of the documentation I provided was correct. Therefore, I am driving a vehicle that I “bought” but technically don’t and it has left me more stressed and upset that I even a dealership who wants to make money cannot contact or communicate with their customers to ensure the process is complete. I understand I am not their only customer, but 20+ people I have asked in the past two weeks alone have said they had the same EXACT experience which I think is very disappointing. I hate having to be the annoying customer or even one who writes a review but what else is there to do whenever the dealership at the very least can’t rectify the situation with just communication alone! I’m not even asking for deals or money solutions. More

After much deliberation, I purchased the drive4Life warranty ($3000 value) after the salesman Leonardo Arispe promised it would be a great deal. After moving on to finance, the finance officer said that they couldn’t offer me the drive4Life warranty that I purchased because my used truck had 5,000 miles over the 100,000 mile limit (something that Leo never mentioned when I agreed to purchase the warranty). After I informed them that I would no longer desire to purchase the warranty, they both insisted that I couldn’t remove the warranty cost from the price, even though I wasn’t getting any value from the warranty. After that, they agreed they would honor the warranty excluding the power train warranty. Then they informed me that it would only allow 2 years of coverage instead of lifetime, as they originally promised and as we both signed as a legally binding document. To make up for this error, they promised an electric retractable tonneau cover for the truck. But they failed to provide me with the “we owe, you owe” paperwork after I purchased. They said they would email it, but that didn’t happen until almost 2 weeks later, with an amended contract (not signed by me or dealer) with altered details about what they owe. This is the most corrupt and absurd dealer I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for an honest dealer with reputable integrity, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I will update this review if they decide to ever call back and honor their agreement. More
