Used car sale: Was told price on internet was only if Financed through Nissan (not stated anywhere) or would be $2000 more, was told they could APR match my Banks approved loan, Tried to slide in a $2000 Financed through Nissan (not stated anywhere) or would be $2000 more, was told they could APR match my Banks approved loan, Tried to slide in a $2000 Dealer installed option.on top of price, Negotiated price over several days, after agreed on price and APR- came in to be told they could only get me 2% higher than my approved APR (I have 800+ credit), Sales Manager told me i didnt HAVE to buy the car, agreed to terms as I would just refinance, waited over an hour for Finance team, then was told that it was actually another 1% higher (3% over my approved loan) because I didn't trade in a car. My credit shows 4 hard hits from them looking for a lender (I assume trying to get the highest rate since I said I would refinance). Not a good experience at all from a big Dealer, felt more like a Shady corner lot dealer. If it wasn't THAT car, I would have walked away. More
I recently purchased an automobile from this dealership and felt I was duped. Tried to contact to receive my license tags and haven't received any return calls. They turned my credit information over tons and felt I was duped. Tried to contact to receive my license tags and haven't received any return calls. They turned my credit information over tons of finance companies without my knowledge in which I was denied and caused my credit score to decrease considerably. Though being told by one of the finance men that I could afford a vehicle that I just to not want to because it was not what I was wishing on paying Though being told by one of the finance men that I could afford a vehicle that I just to not want to because it was not what I was wishing on paying for a vehicle at this moment was not professional to me. I only went to the dealership to see what they had to offer for the salesman called me to assure they would find me a great deal after I had already spoked with a previous salesman who was upfront and honest about finding me a deal in my price range, and with him not being able to find something, I was ok with the answer. The selection I was shown made me feel as if I was not even worthy to be on their sales lot. Recovering martial credit is difficult, though not to feel pressured and not worthy of a decent vehicle. After finally showing me the model I was inquiring about and at a decent price. They were so confident that I was going to accept the offer that they let me drive the car home and come back the next day to sign paperwork for a over my financial limit by $200.00 monthly deal. I was so upset I blocked the salesman's phone number from my phone. I will not return to this dealership for the reason I was told I could afford a vehicle but I just do not want to go over my payment limit was just rude. More
I had a generally good experience when purchasing from this dealership. I traded the vehicle which had an extended service contract at a different dealership. It has been 49 days as of today and they will not contact me. I am out of state now, so it cannot just show up and make a scene. Just beware that once you buy and leave they apparently don't care about you any more. More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too. I bought the car the last week in June. They don’t follow up on their promises and they lied to me about the condition of my car. They promised to fix peeling pain on door and a spare tire- neither thing happened. Headlight wasn’t working, I didn’t notice for first few days- they did fix that but it went out again within a couple days- took it back and it needs the wiring harness replaced. They said they’d replace it but parts were back ordered. Parts came in but they said I’d have to pay. Now I learn this car has a coolant leak. This has been the worse experience in buying a car I’ve ever had. I’ve tried talking with the sales manager and the service manager and neither return my calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! More

From their so called “top dog manager” that calls all the shots according to himself (Roland) to the director of financing, to my sales rep. Awful and unprofessional. When sitting there discussing numbers, I was guaranteed certain interest rates, monthly payments, and down payment amount. upon going to financing getting ready to sign everything was completely different, including especially interest rate and monthly payment. Roland told me to let him do his job and I just sit there in the rudest Manner and tone. That should’ve been my first red flag to leave. My sales rep made me feel so uncomfortable. He followed me around to my car almost in a way that made it impossible to leave. He also followed me around the show room and hovered over me as I was reading through paperwork, and even offered to follow me home to get paperwork needed since I didn’t have it after I told him I would just send it in. FOLLOW ME TO MY HOME. Absolutely No was my reply. They did a really great job of keeping my car key away from me so I couldn’t leave, even after asking several times if I could have it back. My sales rep accidentally left it on the counter to which I grabbed it and put it back in my purse since it is my vehicle. He then asked for it back to keep in his possession, and I told him no I hadn’t signed paperwork to trade it yet. That should’ve been my second red flag. Aside from that, I asked for a moment to call my husband while In financing to tell him everything, literally EVERYTHING discussed previously was now different. Where this finance office was, you could see a clear reflection of the showroom floor because it was later at night and dark outside. In the reflection I saw my sales guy along with another employee flipping me off because they were not sure if I would sign the contract or not. I would love for the owner to pull the footage is was at 6:21pm. At that point I decided I was going to be walking out no if ands or butts. I let the finance Director know that I would not be signing anything or purchasing anything from them and was leaving. I was basically chased out of the dealership and called 5X and texted after their poor and unprofessional behavior. Did I mention they asked me to leave a 5 star review? Will NEVER EVER do business with them, would NEVER recommend. STAY AWAY! More
