Kevin Dutton was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made it such a painless experience. We have two little kids who don’t love sitting still for long periods of time, and Kevin, and the whole team at Nissan made it as quick, and painless as possible, while still being thorough! We were honestly dreading the process, because in the past we have been stuck at a car dealership the entire day when buying a car. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin and the rest of the guys at Nissan for working so diligently and helping make the experience a fun one this time around! A great experience, no pressure I found the process of buying a new car less stressful than any other experience I’ve had in the past from other dealerships. I started looking back i I found the process of buying a new car less stressful than any other experience I’ve had in the past from other dealerships. I started looking back in Fal of last year but the timing wasn’t right. There was no pressure then and when I came back ready to buy it was a smooth transition. John Welborn was great and very accommodating, So much so that when I came in at the end of my work to finalize the deal, John provided snack crackers to help tide me over until I could get home. Not saying that he would give crackers to everyone but it just shows the thoughtfulness of the staff. Thank you! More
