Horrible service. I have been waiting for my license plates for more than three months. I have called them multiple times, and no one has replied. One day, they told me to go there, and I went, and the plates for more than three months. I have called them multiple times, and no one has replied. One day, they told me to go there, and I went, and the person was not in there. I lost a whole day of work. Before buying the car, they were very nice, after I bought it no one replied. Please don't go to this horrible place; go anywhere but here. More

Since 2012, Ishmael was great & pleasant. But, since 2020-2021, that changed. He's not around anymore when I arrived. I ended up with several teams that I'm not familiar. I had an appointment 2 months a 2020-2021, that changed. He's not around anymore when I arrived. I ended up with several teams that I'm not familiar. I had an appointment 2 months ago, and, I ended up waiting 15 mins at drop off site, and all those Teams were sitting at their stations doing nothing & no greetings. Herb Gordon had better Teams & I planned to go back, unfortunately, that business Owner passed away. My money kept you guys on the payroll. I didn't get a courtesy calls/emails anymore. Go elsewhere but here. My oil change light showed up 1500 miles early. How messed up is that!!! More

I am back again with my headaches and frustrating malfunctioning 2020 Nissan Sentra car that I purchased from Nissan of Bowie. Same car with more problems( My car will stop at a stop light, would not malfunctioning 2020 Nissan Sentra car that I purchased from Nissan of Bowie. Same car with more problems( My car will stop at a stop light, would not moved. After 10-15 minutes it will eventually start up again). Now I am not a mechanic and do not knows about cars. But I do work in the medical field and when a patient comes in for a physical examination they are checking thoroughly (eyes nose, ears, mouth, reflex, examine different body parts and sends to the lab for blood work). Now let’s apply that medical theory to comprehensive checking of my problematic 2020 Nissan Sentra. If the auto body shop is saying they did a “comprehensive checking” of my problematic 2020 Nissan Sentra car on 08/14/2021. I will assume the expectation will be checking everything under the hood of the car to make sure everything is in working order. Now if I came back to pick up my car, oil was not change, sparks plugs was not change, fuel filter was not change. Nothing different was done to my car and I am still experiencing the same problems. Doesn’t that mean Nissan of Bowie is lying and did not touch my car? And that means they knew they sold me a lemon car and are not trying to fix their lemon car. Same car with more problems🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Ladies and gentlemen please learn from my horrible mistake and avoid the nightmares I am experiencing. Do not go to Nissan of Bowie and purchased a car. Nissan of Bowie is the worse car dealership in the USA. More

Hideous, go anywhere but here. They tried to charge me $5,000. I took their estimate to another garage who said I didn't need ANY of this work done.
