RE: Kudos to Kevin and Jeff I purchased my Nissan Murano from Gerweck Nissan in Monroe, MI approximately one year ago. My front radar system malfunctioned. The service advisor I purchased my Nissan Murano from Gerweck Nissan in Monroe, MI approximately one year ago. My front radar system malfunctioned. The service advisor Jeff from Gerweck told me they could not repair it and referred me to Nissan of Canton. Needless to say, I was not happy to have to drive 40 miles out of my way to have it repaired. On 07-25-19, I went to Nissan of Canton and was greeted by service advisor Kevin McCarthy. I explained the issue to Kevin voicing my displeasure to him. Kevin was very professional and kind to me through my rant. The problem was resolved by Kevin and service Tech Jeff Helt. Car service: oil change I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for oil change. Since I took appoint I don’t have to register at the desk. I requested full synthetic oil change. Poor customer service Was told car would be ready to pick up that day but no one called after telling me they would. Someone finally answered on the fourth call and told me they would check and call me right back. It was approaching their closing time and I had a long drive there so I asked that they get back to me ASAP. No one called. Called them several more times before getting a person and they finally said the car was ready. I ventured out to the dealership and just made it before closing. The car was ready but the bill was not. I had to wait over twenty minutes for them to find my paperwork and then prepare the bill. Very poor customer service! More

Nightmare extended warranty After almost 3 weeks after originally contacting the dealership for car trouble, 2 weeks after dropping it off, 2 car rentals, $100 out of pocket, mul After almost 3 weeks after originally contacting the dealership for car trouble, 2 weeks after dropping it off, 2 car rentals, $100 out of pocket, multiple delays, numerous calls and visits, and over an hour of waiting to pick it up Nissan finally fixed my transmission under the extended warranty. It was like pulling teeth the entire time. I will never buy another Nissan and would not recommended the extended warranty. I will never go to this dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone. BEWARE! More

Worst Nissan Dealership Nissan dealers got closed (All Pro, MI) from where I leased my car 2 year back and at the end of lease it was very tough to return leased car back to Nissan dealers got closed (All Pro, MI) from where I leased my car 2 year back and at the end of lease it was very tough to return leased car back to Nissan other dealers. I went 5 times to to Nissan Canton, MI dealership and always they made silly excuses and spoke rude. MY friend went to them for service which supposed to be free but they charged money for that because car was not leased from there, while Nissan policy is free service from any dealer. Nissan Canton, MI is the worst Nissan dealership and horrible experience with their staff. I am so pissed off that I bought new GM car instead of Nissan just because of that reason. NISSAN CANTON IS JUNK AND FULL OF xxxx. More
