They worked with us to get us a price we were comfortable with. We ended up getting the Murano Platinum and could not be happier with our choice. The negotiations were not adversarial like I have experienced at other dealers in the past, we came to a mutually agreeable deal that I considered fair in a reasonable amount of time. This was truly a no pressure sale. I had a minor issue w/ the truck (a defective sensor, something that could happen on any make or model). Michael (Service writer) and the Service Manager made sure I was able to go on a scheduled trip and got my truck back to me in a reasonable amount of time. More
