No high pressure sales. Told Darrell what I wanted and only showed me cars with that criteria. No pressure in the finance dept. Our 2004 Murano had "died" and we really weren't sure what to do. Boone has been with this dealership longer than I've been alive and he was able to make recommendations regarding our next vehicle and valued our trade (much higher than I would have expected) quickly. Mr. Hunt gave even gave his approval to give us even more than originally offered for our trade. Ade Vaughn was truly a pleasure to deal with. He presented various options and was genuinely interested on our analysis of whether or not it was the "right" option for us. Finally, when I got in the new vehicle to leave, I noticed that the navigation wasn't working. I went to look for Charles but could not find him. Carter Swetmon was the first person I encountered. Even with this not being his deal, he came out to the car spent approximately 30 minutes setting up the navigation, programming our home address, setting up my phone or Bluetooth and giving a thorough presentation on how each of the systems work.
