I have been dealing with Hunt Nissan since 2003 when I purchased my Altima. Every time I have had questions concerning functions of my car and/or repairs, the staff has been more than helpful. I appreciate how pleasant and professional they are every time I call or come in. On my most recent visit to the service department, I noticed that some remodeling had taken place. This upgrade was a fine touch to go along with the fine employees of Hunt. It means a lot to me to see the same faces when I come to a business. This speaks a lot about the management team there, for everyone knows that happy employees stay. I will continue to do business with Hunt Nissan because I know this is a place of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. More
I had spent 2 hrs at a neighboring Nissan dealership (about 30 minutes waiting to see the person w/ whom I had communicated telephonically). After negotiations failed, I went to Hunt Nissan. I was greeted by Lamar as soon as I got out of my car. Together we found exactly the same type vehicle as the one negotiated on at other dealership, except a preferred color at Hunt. I explained what I was willing to pay (same offer I made at the other dealership that was denied). Lamar took the offer to his manager and it was approved. The rest of the process was simple. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect, had all my questions answered, purchased the exact vehicle I wanted, and I walked away feeling really good about the deal and whole process. I've bought many new cars in the past and this was by far the best experience of all. More
I gave this rating because, the salesman was very courteous and helpful and he was not high pressure. I told him what i wanted and he showed me the selection of altimas that had, and he answered my q courteous and helpful and he was not high pressure. Hunt Nissan deserves the best rating that I can give them! They continually strive to- provide professional service above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I have owned 11 Nissans between us with the last four coming from Hunt. We have purchased three of the four from Lamont Smith. We have always had a positive experience at Hunt and that is the reason we continue to buy from there and from Lamont. As a customer,I feel like I am treated like family - they call me by my name and I know everyone by their name. The service department is great also!(even though some of them are Red Sox fans and I am a Yankee fan) They have serviced all of our Nissans and have done an excellent job. Everyone that I have dealt with is professional, courteous, and respectful.(sales, financing, service, cashiers,etc.) Customers are made to feel important and valuable. I personally thank Ken Hunt for his management skills. It is obvious what he instills in his employees by the way they conduct themselves on the showroom floor. If you are considering a Nissan check out Hunt - they will treat you right! I know that we will continue to purchase from Hunt Nissan. In five years I will be retiring and I will be turning in my 2010 Altima for the ultimate driving machine for me - the 370Z! Can't wait!! I have been a customer of Hunt Nissan for several years. Character and quality are two very important attributes to me and high ratings keep me coming back for repeat service of my Nissan 350Z. Aside from being "rescued" by Danny Pippin and my mechanic for a rapidly deteriorating battery that desperately needed replacing 1.5 hours prior to Hunt's closing time, I lost my credit card sometime during my visit. i had, unfortunately, not left it with the cashier. The next day, I contacted Customer Service/cashier personnel and reported my loss. Casey Biggs found my card that morning in the Nissan parking lot. Joe Van Dyke called me at work to report that my card had been found. Simply put, I was elated and truly grateful! Upon my arrival to retrieve my card, Michael Egeland and Joe presented my card. In summary, Hunt Nissan has several employees that exhibit class and true character, and they should be commended! More
I bought my car at Hunt Nissan almost 2 years ago and I cannot say enough about them. Every single person at Hunt is awesome! Customer service is top notch and the service is excellent. I have bought many cars and trucks in my life (the second Nissan from Ken Hunt) and I'd have to say his dealership is one of the best. There are a lot of good Nissan dealerships out there but Ken's is what Nissan from Ken Hunt) and I'd have to say his dealership is one of the best. There are a lot of good Nissan dealerships out there but Ken's is what I would consider the best of the best. His people are some the most knowledgable, courteous and friendly out there. His prices are some the best too. Buying a car used to be a chore and usually you got cheated in the end but now (especially with Ken and his employees) you get a great deal, of course a great car, and have fun buying it. I appreciate the time Carter and Steve spent with me ensuring I got the right car, I changed my mind several times but in the end they helped me get the right one for my wife. Thanks for all your help. I'd recommend they bring back the new car orientation, I enjoyed that when I bought my first Nissan. More
