I have purchased two cars from this dealership. A Rogue and a Titan. We love our Rogue and have enjoyed it from day #1. The Titan is a different story. Please make sure you take any new Nissan A Rogue and a Titan. We love our Rogue and have enjoyed it from day #1. The Titan is a different story. Please make sure you take any new Nissan on an extended test drive if you plan on using CarPlay (I don't know if this is the case with Android Auto). There is a bug in some Nissan vehicles that makes CarPlay unusable if you use your iPhone for audio & navigation at the same time. Nissan knows about this issue but they refuse to do anything about it. We have been able to duplicate the issue with multiple phones and multiple cables. They claim it is a software issue, but they refuse to honor their warranty and provide a software update that corrects the problem. We've seen this issue in our '22 Titan. We had the same problem in a '21 Armada that we rented from Enterprise. The manager of the Enterprise location down the street from this dealer said that they have had multiple Nissan vehicles with the same problem. Not only is there unbearable static when using CarPlay, the screen will freeze periodically. Most recently, the unit has started rebooting while driving down the road. Buy a Nissan - but make sure you're happy with the infotainment system before you drive off. As it stands right now, if you buy it and you find out later that it's messing up, you're stuck with it because Nissan can't/won't honor their warranty to fix it. More

I went in to get Freon fixed they took advantage of me and fixed a lot of things . I have had Mold on my floorboard and the air conditioner or Freon is leaking and the tires are making a weird noise. I wi and fixed a lot of things . I have had Mold on my floorboard and the air conditioner or Freon is leaking and the tires are making a weird noise. I will never use the Nissan to fix my car they did do it right the first time around. Plus I could have had a wreck or a blow out on the new tire because the valve was leaking. I hope the manger or ceo or owner sees this review. Cater sold me the car nine years ago he is an awesome person dealer. More
Mike Goza and Jason Beasley at Nissan of Chattanooga East were AMAZING! They helped me find the car I wanted at the price I could afford. They went above and beyond what was necessary to make the sale and were AMAZING! They helped me find the car I wanted at the price I could afford. They went above and beyond what was necessary to make the sale and as a result have made me a customer for life. Thank you! More
I had every intention of buying a car from this dealership. Found the exact car I wanted on the dealership website and obtained my own financing. I was ready to walk in, trade in, and drive home in dealership. Found the exact car I wanted on the dealership website and obtained my own financing. I was ready to walk in, trade in, and drive home in the car that I wanted. But that's not what happened at all. When I got to the dealership the car wasn't waiting for me to test drive, instead the salesman immediately went to the appraisal process for my trade in. Seemed odd that I wasn't offered a test drive right off the bat but didn't think much of it. The salesman then took me to his office where he wanted to offer me different finance options that I didn't want. I had the financing already taken care of with my credit union. I declined and that's when it happened. The salesman then "admitted" that the car was gone and "had been sold an hour before" I got there. Now with drive time, that means that car was gone no less than half an hour before I left my house. Why couldn't I have been told that before I wasted my time if that was truly the case. Far more likely is that it wasn't the case and the whole charade was just to get me in and sell me a new car instead of the one I'd wanted the entire time. It's a shame that these types of tactics are used. Disappointing to say the least. More
I live one and half hours from the Cleveland dealer but it is the closest one to me. They charged me 100.00+ for a diagnostic test on my 2012 Frontier 4x4, I was fine with that. The problem was they told m it is the closest one to me. They charged me 100.00+ for a diagnostic test on my 2012 Frontier 4x4, I was fine with that. The problem was they told me I needed a new transfer case at a cost of over 3000.00 ( I have the paperwork) this was not an acceptable answer to my problem. I didn't want them to repair it ( due to the distance) just let me know what needed replaced so a local mechanic could do the repair. Apparently they couldn't pull this off. Ended up going to a transmission repair shop and found out the problem was a motor that ingages the 4x4 at a cost of 450.00. Been running great ever since I'm not even sure they know how to operate the diagnostic system or even hooked my truck to it. This place is great for an oil change but so is Jiffy Lube, I did get a hundred dollar car wash. More
After looking at several dealers for a new Murano I stopped by Nissan of Chattanooga East and was promptly greeted in the lot by Mike Goza. Mike was very personable and professional as I went over my i stopped by Nissan of Chattanooga East and was promptly greeted in the lot by Mike Goza. Mike was very personable and professional as I went over my interest in a new Murano. I wasn't there to kick tires but to trade if we to could reach an agreeable price. This is where Mike's professionalism no BS attitude stood out and impressed me. We promptly reached an agreement on the trade and closed the deal, processed the paperwork and I drove away in my wife's new Murano. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going by Nissan of Chattanooga-East and speaking with Mike Goza, you will be glad you did. To Mike , thanks for your assistance, Pat Byrum More
Let me just start off by saying... this is the WORST (using emphasis!) dealership when it comes to the service department. I do apologize for this long message, but this needs to be addressed. I am a yo (using emphasis!) dealership when it comes to the service department. I do apologize for this long message, but this needs to be addressed. I am a younger female who was so very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle on my own. I chose THIS dealership for a reason when looking at the Nissan Altima’s. So, I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima with zero miles on it and 3-4 months down the road, my rear driver side door lock goes out. No big deal, things happen. I take it to get it fixed since it’s under warranty. About a week or so later, my rear passenger side door lock goes out. At this point, I’m like okay, maybe an electrical issue with the door locks. I take it back to the dealership to get it fixed. Maybe a month down the road, both front driver and passenger door locks go out plus my USB port for my Apple CarPlay. I make another appointment for my car and at this point, I am pretty frustrated. The appointment was confirmed by a service representative and even sent a confirmation of the appointment. I take my car in to get it fixed, again, and the service representative states they do not show an appointment for me. It takes a lot for me to get upset, but this was the icing on the cake. I explained to the service representative that I am not frustrated with them, but I am frustrated at the fact of poor customer service and quality of my vehicle. A brand new vehicle and 5 issues within 6 months or less, that I was aware of. Finally, they “squeezed” me in and told me that they would need to order parts. Since I work with customers all day, every day in customer service, I know what exceptional customer service looks like and I expect that from other companies. Fast forward, I was told that it could take a few days before they would have my car fixed so I got a rental car and told the service department I would not be paying for the rental since this is was an error through their manufacturing of the vehicle. Days pass by and absolutely NO updates on my car so I finally contact them. They fixed my front driver and passenger side door locks but couldn’t understand why my USB wasn’t working. It took them 2 weeks to finally fix it and give me my car back. They were going to make me pay for the rental car which was going to equal around $400.00 or more and it wasn’t even as nice as my brand new car! I was furious and advised to them again that I would not be paying for it. So, I didn’t pay for the rental fee and I was told that my door locks, USB and back up camera were fixed. Yes, you heard that correct. ANOTHER issue. I brushed this off and was finally stress free again. Fast forward again to almost a few weeks later. Since they gutted my car to replace the USB, the technician working on my car SOMEHOW messed up my driver side window tint. At first I thought he might have dropped a small screw in the window or maybe debris got inside and was scratching my window, so I take it back AGAIN. I had scratches all over the window and I was not about to pay for a window tint since again, it was not my mistake. They fixed the tint with no issues and I was happy-ish again. Fast forward to about a month later, the scratches reappear and there are more. Not only did I have scratches but there was a “knocking” type of noise coming from underneath the car on the driver side. Since I work from home and didn’t need my car, I took it back to the service department to have it fixed. They fixed the tint and advised the technician had somehow made an error when putting the parts back together and it caused the scratches in the window tint? I have no idea how that can even happen unless you are not paying close attention to detail. Then, another icing on the cake... The lady in the office TEXTS me details about the knocking noise. Again, I work in customer service and find this extremely unprofessional. I expect a company to pick up the phone and talk to me one on one to discuss issues or expect a voicemail if I am unable to answer... not a text message! She says that the technician replaced the engine mount and it is still making the noise underneath the car and stated she doesn’t know what it could be but will try again the next day. The next day rolls around and she texts me again saying that the noise is gone and I am able to come get my car. Mind you that the day before it was still making the noise so what makes you think it sitting overnight will change anything? It was NEVER fixed. So, now, here I am with a knocking noise underneath my car again and I refuse to take it back to the dealership. What makes everything SO much worse, is the fact that each time I’ve taken my car in to get it fixed, they always ask if I want a car wash as well and I ALWAYS say yes. Every single time I’ve picked up my car, it’s NEVER been washed. I bought a brand new car and yet, there’s always a problem with it. I will not name anyone specifically because jobs are at risk, but this company needs to get it together for the sake of their customers. I have never been so disappointed in a company and have never given such a negative review, but I am at my breaking point with them. Again, maybe being a young female has something to do with it, I’m not sure... but I’ve had to get my significant other and father involved because I feel as if I am not being taken seriously. Maybe it’s time that Corporate get involved so that changes could be made. Or, maybe I bought a lemon and a lawyer is needed. Please think about what I’ve posted because I do not wish this stress/frustration upon anyone. More
I believe this is the worst dealership I've ever had any contact with. I make an appointment to just get an oil change and still sit there for 2 hours. Every single time I go it's 2 hours. And when they cal contact with. I make an appointment to just get an oil change and still sit there for 2 hours. Every single time I go it's 2 hours. And when they call for a survey it's always, I'm so sorry we will give you a free oil change or take you home or to work. They want to turn a 15 minute job into an all day affair. That does not fix the problem. the mechanics must not have any supervision at all. This never happened when mr. hunt owned the dealership. The sales people are obnoxious!!! It's time to spend my money and time at their competitor. More
