Absolutely the worse service department Two times, in less than a month after purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, I brought my car in for the same repair. Not because it broke again.. Two times, in less than a month after purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, I brought my car in for the same repair. Not because it broke again...but, because they can never get to it. Today, I dropped my car off at 10am. At 5pm I had to call the dealership to find out my car hadn't even been looked at. And, you would think, if you knew you had a frustrated customer coming to pick up their vehicle that you would wait around to try to smooth things over. Not at this place! No my apologies, no what can we do to make things good, no, please let us reschedule...nothing other than a bunch of excuses..."they gave you the wrong service advisor, I had a technician call in, I have technician out". Results not excuses. Now I don't have a clue where to take my vehicle for service. More
