Over and above! I was visiting my parents in Chattanooga for the day on Saturday when the starter decided to quit working on my 2004 Nissan Frontier. My father had always had good dealings with this dealership, so I had AAA tow it there, knowing I would probably have to drive back to Chattanooga to get it. The truck arrived at the dealership right after lunch, and Jeff Milsaps gave me a call to let me know it had arrived. They checked out the vehicle, and determined that the starter had indeed ceased to start, and that I needed a new one. He offered me several options, but being an older vehicle, I opted for a remanufactured one. He said it would be tight, but if the starter got there, there was a slight possibility that he could it complete by the time the service department closed at 4 PM. I told him that would save me about 250 miles of driving, and taking a day off of work. Sure enough, the car was completed right at 4PM, and he even stayed over a few minutes to allow me to come and get it that evening rather than coming back the next week. Jeff and the technicians there definitely went over and above to not inconvenience me any more than necessary, and I cannot speak highly enough of their willingness to do that for a customer that had never shopped there before. I wanted an easy vehicle to operate and he knew exactly what would met my needs. This buying experience was the best I have ever had. Being on the road for 16 plus years, I have bought many vehicles. This was by far the best and easiest buying experience. I love my Juke! It is just perfect for me and my little dog.
