Once again, I was thoroughly impressed with outstanding Team at Nissan of Clearwater! That is especially true of Service Advisor Sam Bitar who thoroughly explains the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Parker the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While my work is getting done, I often have the pleasure of speaking with Salesman Sam Buffington to catch up new models and incentives that that I pass along to friends and relatives. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leave me Completely Satisfied every time. I stopped in to long at some used trucks for the company I work for 6 months or so, I met with G.R, he did not have what I was looking for, he was easy to work with and understood I needed something else th I work for 6 months or so, I met with G.R, he did not have what I was looking for, he was easy to work with and understood I needed something else that he did not have. 6 Months later I was looking for 2 used trucks, I called G.R and it happened he had a few that would work for me. I went and test drove the trucks and made a deal and purchased both. This is a good example of treating someone nice even though I did not make a purchase the 1st visit. If I need more used trucks in the future, I will certainly see what Nissan of Clearwater had to offer. More

Tim Shannon was such a relief to work with. He genuinely cares about customer service and was amazing! The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The finance manager was deceitful and changed the entire terms of the loan at the last second. I was to be a co-signer for my daughter. Instead the finance manager made me the purchaser and my daughter a co-buyer. I have an 850 credit score and did not need a co-signer. My daughter was the one purchasing the car. Not me. I’ve never witnessed so much incompetency in my life. They wouldn’t fix the wrong they created. My interest rate is ridiculously high. They lied about the entire process. I’ve purchased Nissans for over 30 years and never have I dealt with the deceitfulness l dealt with here. I am still demanding they fix what they did. This is bad business. I caution anyone who visits this dealership. The finance director Gabriel told me to go to a credit union to fix the loan. Imagine being told to go to a credit union instead of fixing what your deceitful finance did. They refuse fix what their finance. Manager did and refuse to do the right thing. More

I came into the Dealership from out of state with a Tire issue that required a replacement. Christian in Service greeted me immediately and talked to me about my tire issue. After confirming my tire was in stock he went thru pricing and options for the installation of the new tire. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very friendly. While my car was being serviced, he directed me to the waiting area and coffee. While waiting for my car to be serviced, in the waiting area, I was greeted by Charlie Carney. He was extremely friendly and we spoke for some time. Being from out of state and not a regular customer of Clearwater Nissan, I appreciated the time he spent with me and my wife while we waited for my car to be finished. Service was quick, professional and priced fairly. The Showroom and entire facility was very clean and modern. If I lived in the Clearwater area, I would definitley go to Clearwater Nissan for my next car. Great Place. Very friendly More
