Got in very quickly. I haven't had my car even a month, brand new off the lot and I ran over a screw of some kind. Of course it alerts me that my tire pressure is low. Technician Incompetence! I decided to take my 2015 Murano to Nissan of Cleveland for an oil change and a tire rotation on Saturday 05/13/2017. This was my first visit with the I decided to take my 2015 Murano to Nissan of Cleveland for an oil change and a tire rotation on Saturday 05/13/2017. This was my first visit with them and I was looking forward to making this my go to place for service. The staff was very nice and the service waiting room was stocked with snacks and beverages. The service took 1 1/2 hours and there was only one other person in the waiting room. That seemed like a long time, but I was not in any hurry so it really didn't bother me. They gave me a complimentary car wash and some other free goodies so I was very happy when I left. I drove the car home and it was not moved util Monday morning. But all that goodwill had vanished when I discovered a puddle of oil in our garage where the Murano was sitting. I had to go to my wife's workplace and check to make sure there was still oil in the engine. Luckily there was still a good level of oil. Instead of taking a risk of driving the 30 miles to Nissan of Cleveland. I decided to go to a nearby Chevy dealer to have this looked at. What they found was an oil drain plug the was loose and his words “close to falling out” of its threaded hole. Clearly this is a direct result of the oil change I received from Nissan of Cleveland on Saturday. Luckily I had not lost enough oil to cause any problems. Had that plug fallen out, my engine would have been ruined. I cannot say how disappointed I am with the service I received on my first visit. All the nice and friendly people and great service waiting room will not make up for poor workmanship. I will NOT be going back to Nissan of Cleveland! More
