Above and Beyond My gear shift knob in my 2018 was loose and had been loose since the day I bought my truck. I tried to tighten it myself but could not turn it far en My gear shift knob in my 2018 was loose and had been loose since the day I bought my truck. I tried to tighten it myself but could not turn it far enough so that it was tight and in the right position. Someone at Nissan Of Cookeville noticed this. When I picked up my truck I found that, to my great delight, my shift know was tightened. I have always had good service from this dealership but I am always grateful when they go above and beyond normal customer service. More
