Just so you know this review is going to change as soon as actually get the vehicle. I was told I would have early this week now it won't be to next week. I told Issac this was time sensitive and my wife had to get back to Michigan. I was told the paperwork would be overnighted to the notary. however even thought I signed on the vehicle on Wed. 3/18/2026 the paperwork wasn't even submitted to Fed-Ex till Monday 3/30/2026. The paperwork wasn't even sent overnight either. It was sent on a 2 day ship. I would have paid for the overnight if your dealership couldn't come up with the fee. Now the paperwork isn't even scheduled to arrive to you till Monday of next week 3/30/2026. Who knows how long it will be till I get contacted after that. I've be asking for the Brocher for the extended warranty since Wed. 3/18/2026 since I signed. I was told it was in the packet. Guess what? It was not in the packet. I called Issac yesterday and requested again for the packet and I had questions about the powertrain mileage for the extended warranty because I felt it should be more than just 1200 miles more than the manufacture warranty. It may be, I don't know because the finance manager Issac said was going to call never did. This turned out to be an absolute failure and miserable experience. This could have been a great experience had your team followed up with what I was being told. I'm also told the vehicle will be detailed and full of gas when I pick it up however, I am very skeptical that will even be the case. You can expect the review to include every talking point that is in this message. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
