Matthew and Stephanie made purchasing my first vehicle a breeze. We LOVED Matthew! He was extremely patient with me when I wanted to phone my dad or bank and answered all of my questions. Adam was super helpful and great to work with. He let us test the vehicle we wanted to see straight away and walked us through all of the features. My experience at Cookeville Nissan was excellent! I haven't dealt with a big dealership in 20 years and was actually dreading the whole process. John made this such an easy process.
