My experience at Cookeville Nissan was excellent! I haven't dealt with a big dealership in 20 years and was actually dreading the whole process. John made this such an easy process. He wasn't pushy and haven't dealt with a big dealership in 20 years and was actually dreading the whole process. John made this such an easy process. He wasn't pushy and just let us talk through our decision. He was so very informative. Even still showing us features as we were getting ready to leave. The finance part was a breeze! Everything was explained in detail. I will definitely refer Cookeville Nissan and John to my friends. More

Matt made sure I left in a car I absolutely loved. The biggest thing for me though, he worked continuously with the finance department to get me a payment I could work with! The customer service at Nissan was unlike any dealership I’ve worked with in the past. They were very knowledgeable, and didn’t push you into a random car just to sell one.
