Great car buying experience at Nissan of Cookeville We began car shopping with Derrek, a very thoughtful and attentive salesman. We were interested in the car, but wanted to do more research on the pric We began car shopping with Derrek, a very thoughtful and attentive salesman. We were interested in the car, but wanted to do more research on the price. Could we get a better deal somewhere else? So we told him we'd come back at another time. After extensive research we felt we could get a good deal with this dealership, so we returned the next day. Derrek was off that day, but another salesman, Matthew was ready to help us. We were impressed with the way Matthew called Derrek at home to let him know we were back. He and Derrek decided to tag-team to help us make the purchase. Now that's teamwork! Matthew spent several hours with us answering every question we had. He showed us the CarFax report and the history of the maintenance of the car. After the test drive, he never put any pressure on us. He was patient and extremely courteous. When we told him we were possibly interested in purchasing the car, he presented our offer to the manager, and we had a deal. Easy as pie. We can honestly say our car purchase from Nissan of Cookeville was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had. Matthew is a great car salesman and was willing to go the extra mile for his customers. We would certainly purchase another car from him in the future. More
