My husband and I just bought our vehicle and the next day I was out working (I'm a delivery driver) and came back to my car and forgot I locked it. Well, I opened the door and the alarm went off, well that's I was out working (I'm a delivery driver) and came back to my car and forgot I locked it. Well, I opened the door and the alarm went off, well that's not supposed to happen. So we went back to Nissan and explained the situation. They were wonderful and booked us an appointment to have it looked at. Dropped our car off the next day and they fixed it, FREE of charge. I now have a car that locks. No hassle whatsoever! Everyone was great and friendly and made me feel at home. I still feel like I'm dreaming with how great of service I've received at a dealership. Thank you Nissan of Cookeville so much! I'd list everyone individually but there is just so many awesome people! More
