How can I not be happy? I just walked out with a new to us car! My husband and I have been shopping around for a bit now and we rented a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Enterprise. So as a S+G thing we said why don't we try Nissan and see what they can get us in. We walked in and saw it was our good buddy Cotten. Immediately my fears were lifted and I was comfortable. We were able to joke and laugh during the purchasing process. I have never been that relaxed during a sale in my life! He was able to get us into exactly what we needed for our requirements. With a great down payment and a great monthly payment. Everything went amazing. I'm still in shock we have a new to us car! Thank you so much Cotten! More

Never Again!!!!! To start off i would like to say that i tried to give Nissan 3 different chances to assist me and my fiance on purchasing a vehicle. The reason we wen To start off i would like to say that i tried to give Nissan 3 different chances to assist me and my fiance on purchasing a vehicle. The reason we went in was for their year end sales even and the "up to $6000 over KBB" for trade ins. When i first got there, they were a little iffy on what to do because the car was going in my fiances name and he was at work. I understood this completely. They appraised the vehicle we were looking to trade and agreed to give us $1000 over KBB because of the work our trade needed. Due to the amount that we owed on our vehicle they advised that it would put us in a worse position using it as trade and that we would be better off buying without a trade in. We let them know that we did not have any cash to put down and we really did not want to car payments. Brent came and told us that he would push our first payment out 45 days and then write us a check for that payment so that we didnt have two before we paid our trade off. This was amazing. We stayed and looked and a few different vehicles and they were struggling to find anything that we liked. Brent then told us our price range was around $12-13,000 and began looking at used Altimas. My fiance was not keen on the idea so we left for the night. After taking time to think it over, we agreed on an Altima so i scheduled another appointment to go back and look at Altimas that were in our price range. When i got there for my appointment, which was 3 hours after i had scheduled it, both of the sales people were busy with other customers and had no idea that we were coming back. I was then told by a completely new person, that there was nothing they could do without at least $500-1000 down. They basically wasted my time all night the first night and then couldnt even call and tell me not to show up for my second appointment. I had both of my children in the car and was completely taken aback when we were told that all of a sudden they couldnt do anything even though they had my fiances credit info before they even showed us cars for 2 1/2 hours. The compensation that they gave us was to fill our gas tank. Even after all this, we gave them one more chance. We went back in the last day of the sale to meet with one of the original sales people. We had a different vehicle to trade in and we wouldnt be upside in the loan with that vehicle. This time while they were doing the appraisal they showed us two vehicles. We drove both because we were under the assumption that they were in our price range since we were being taken to them. After we narrowed down which of the two we liked, it came to final price and payment. We started with telling them we wanted a $250 payment but would go up to $300 for the right vehicle and we had no money down. The vehicle we had decided on ended up being at $383 a month with $2000 down at the longest loan period possible. Our trade was only given a value of $500. This dealership will tell you a lot of stories about how they are really good at working with upside down trade ins and helping with 0 down payment.....it is all just that.....stories! Because of all of the lies we were told, my fiances credit was ran twice which will now impact us the next time we try and buy a vehicle. The sales people and staff are looking for the highest dollar vehicles that they can sell regardless of your desired payment amounts and what you are trying to achieve!!!! I do not recommend ever using this dealership no matter what the deals or sales they have are! They will screw you over and then offer the lowest amount of compensation possible! I have had almost 2 full days wasted with empty promises only to be told finally that the closest they could get to my payment was $323 and that was for only 1 out of 400 vehicles that they held on their lot. I also specifically requested a specific vehicle that was on their website, assumed it was one they had just got on trade, and it was priced at $12,000. When i requested to view this vehicle i was told it had not been through any time of review and they could not show it to me at all. The sales person we worked with that final day, had previously told me that he had sold multiple vehicles that had been traded in same day or the day prior, but because of our situation we werent even allowed to view it!!!!! To top it all off, my fiancé gave them one final chance while I was at work to call us. It took 4 1/2 hours to call back and they said they just needed a check stub and would know soon.....it has now been Almost 24 hours and we have yet to hear anything back! I will never step foot back on this lot!!! More
