Thank You Eddie!! Came in on Christmas Eve in the afternoon knowing that it was a long shot that I would be walking out with a better vehicle than the one I drove in du Came in on Christmas Eve in the afternoon knowing that it was a long shot that I would be walking out with a better vehicle than the one I drove in due to being upside down on an older model, high mileage vehicle. Eddie did EVERY SINGLE THING possible to help me and instead of driving off in another used vehicle, I am now the VERY happy owner of a brand new 2019 Sentra that is nicer than I ever imagined. I would also like to say thank you to Ray in Finance who was the most courteous, least aggressive finance manager I have ever dealt with. Thank you to EVERYONE at Nissan of Cookeville who stayed late this Christmas Eve (I was the only one in the dealership after 2 pm) to make sure I left happy and satisfied. Eddie, you were the best and I can't thank you enough!! More
