We understand that working with Isaac and Brady did not meet your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We do our best to ensure that all our sales team members are responsive and attentive to our customers' needs. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay in communication. As Issac was out of the office Thursday, it appears an additional salesperson did speak with you multiple times that day - getting pricing you requested and trying to set up an appointment with you for the following day during regular business hours. We appreciate that you had positive experiences with us in the past, and it’s disheartening to hear that we did not live up to those standards this time, in your opinion. We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us to address areas for improvement. Regarding the situation with the truck and the subsequent deal you found elsewhere, we are disappointed to hear that you felt the deal fell apart due to our actions. We do make every effort to honor the agreements we make and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. According to the staff that worked with you tirelessly throughout this car buying experience, when you agreed and signed that all figures were agreed upon, they were stunned to hear that you bought elsewhere after all the efforts they went through to earn your business. We would like to clarify that we did make considerable efforts to accommodate you, including staying late multiple times, showing you multiple vehicles after hours, amending our process to better suit your requirements, and working to finalize the deal as best we could. We understand that you decided to proceed with another dealership, and we respect your decision.
