Got to the car lot not expecting to go home with anything, we looked around at a few and sat down with John Milligan and told him what i had to put do Got to the car lot not expecting to go home with anything, we looked around at a few and sat down with John Milligan and told him what i had to put down and how much i could pay monthly and instead of just rolling his eyes and telling me he didn’t have anything or he couldn’t do anything, he talked to his manager and they found a few cars within my budget and he made sure i was happy with what i had picked out before we made anything final. he never pushed anything on me and he was super helpful without being annoying like some salesmen are. he was so patient with me and listened to what i wanted and tried his best to put me in something as close as he could. i definitely recommend going to nissan of cookeville and asking for John!! Wonderful buying experience I was really struggling with letting go of our family minivan and replacing it with something smaller (due to our children growing up). I did not think I would find anything that I would be excited about. BUT I DID!! Dwayne was not a high pressure salesman, he just simply showed us features, etc. on the vehicles. He allowed us to figure out what we wanted and needed while continually being helpful and friendly. We showed up around 7:30pm (after being to several car lots) and Dwayne was the last one to leave that night after patiently answering our tons and tons of questions. He continued to do all that he could possibly do to make our buying experience great...and it was! Thank you so much, Dwayne!!! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY ROGUE!! More
