Felt very welcome Eddie Young was very helpful in the purchase of a vehicle. This is the second vehicle vehicle we have purchased from Nissan of Cookeville. We were confident that we would be treated fair based on our first purchase. No so much with this purchase. Driving car off lot after purchase we noticed the AC wasn't keeping up with the heat. Took back to dealership for them to investigate. Technician said it was cooling correctly after taking his measurement. Drove car home, sweating. Looked up 2013 Altima reviews and found out they did have issues with the AC blowing cool air but not cold air due to compresser problems. In most cases this took care of the issue. I am sure the dealerships know this information. Unfortunately the dealership chose not to pursue a fix (did not even try a recharge of the freon system). Shows me that customer may not come first in this partnership. More
