Smooth and easy This was our second purchase on line and will do it again. Jeff was easy to work with and answered our questions. A WORD OF CAUTION to whomever chec This was our second purchase on line and will do it again. Jeff was easy to work with and answered our questions. A WORD OF CAUTION to whomever checks air in tires. They were inflated to a dangerous level. Car door and the tire pressure screen both say 33 psi. I did not put the tire pressure screen on during my drive from Cookeville back to Sevierville. But when I selected that screen prior to driving the next day, the cold psi for the tires were 46, 47 and two at 48. This means they were dangerously over inflated on our 130 mile drive home on Tuesday afternoon. The number on the side of the tire is a maximum, not the recommended psi operating level. More

He gave an honest and knowledgeable answer to all of our questions and did not try to pressure us into anything. When we decided to purchase our vehicle he took his time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure that we would get the best deal possible.
