Lots of back and forth and promises that were not kept. We did purchase the "extended warranty: and it was a JOKE. Major repair on vehicle and of course you pay the deductable . Few months after and ANOTHER MAJOR REPAIR. Took it to dealership and they said well part of it was coverd and you have to pay the other 600$ .. Few days later and the SAME THING happened AGAIN. I was very upset with the dealership and they said the part covered by the warranty sent was 2nd rate like refurbished and basically called it JUNK. Carlen Motors was the dealership and they called and tried to get the warranty to buy a decent replacement but no they sent the refurbished junk again. And now I have to pay MORE. Terrible service and warranty STINKS! Never again will I buy from NISSAN. More

Sales differences My husband and I had just bought a used car from another dealership a few months prior. At this dealership they werent terribly push but it was very u My husband and I had just bought a used car from another dealership a few months prior. At this dealership they werent terribly push but it was very uncomfortable. After we signed paperwork we waited atleast 4 hours before they finished "cleaning" the car. Mind you we had a 1, 2 and 6 year old with us. After this it just kept going down from there. At Nissan with Dwayne he showed us options and then called us on a time we arranged, 2-3 days later, because we wanted to sleep on the decision. We chose the vehicle we wanted for sure through the website and Dwayne delivered. We test drove, negotiated, and signed paperwork over the weekend. Dwayne didnt push us and gave us privacy to decide terms between just me and my husband. We have always had great experiences here since we bought from Nissan in the past. I love the vehicle we got and will continue doing business with Nissan of Cookeville. More
