Feel like all salesmen are the same? Think again! My Girlfriend and I had been having problems with one of our vehicles, and no amount of mechanic work could seem to make it dependable. We were trying to decide if we wanted to keep living with it, or try to find something we could fit into our budget. I googled Nissan Of Cookeville and there was a link to speak to a representative. Scott immediately replied and we stopped by after work to discuss what could be done. He was extremely personable, asked all the right questions, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a car. In the end, all of our needs were met above and beyond all the while staying within our budget. Terrible customer service My dealings with Nissan of Cookeville was really one of the most frustrating experiences ever with a car dealership. Every step of the way (securing a My dealings with Nissan of Cookeville was really one of the most frustrating experiences ever with a car dealership. Every step of the way (securing a title, getting a registration, even obtaining a car manual) was a struggle. Multiple phone calls never returned. I was treated as an out of sight out of mind problem pretty much from top to bottom. I would not recommend them. More
