Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had! I visited Nissan of Cookeville on 3/4/2019 with the intention of looking at the Kicks, Rogue Sport & Rogue as research and internet photos can only ge I visited Nissan of Cookeville on 3/4/2019 with the intention of looking at the Kicks, Rogue Sport & Rogue as research and internet photos can only get one so far in making a decision. We were greeted at the door by Walter Lee who asked what brought us in and if there was a salesman we had already been talking to (there was not). He sat us down and went over some basic questions. I immediately noticed that he didn't try to steer me toward the Rogue, which is the most expensive of the 3 models. He was more concerned about which of the 3 and their corresponding trim packages would give me all the features I wanted for the best price. He was very thorough in his questions and answered all my questions in great detail - he really knows his stuff!! I ultimately went with a 2019 Rogue SV and could not be happier!! By the time we were through and all the paperwork was taken care of it was late (and cold!) but Walter sat with me and went over all the electronics and vehicle features to be sure I would have a good understanding of how to use them. I highly recommend him as a sales team member and have already given his name to a few people. He is not only extremely knowledgeable in his field but is an overall genuine and caring human being. More
