After talking to several other dealerships and with family and friends I contacted Nissan of Cookeville. A family member had reffered Jeff Harrison. When I initially called Jeff was with a customer so I spoke with Micah Rowland. He was very professional in his questions for my needs and took my information for Jeff to follow up. Jeff was really busy that day but took the time to send a text to let me know he would get with me asap. After talking to Jeff I knew it was a good fit. I scheduled to go in and test drive a 2017 Frontier and a 2014 Ford focus. Jeff was great!! He was able to answer all the questions I had without having to go ask someone else. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very professional. There was no pressure what so ever. He was able to work with Doiron Clowers in management and Chris in financing to get me exactly where I needed to be. Overall it was a great experience. I give all the guys 2 thumbs up.
