Best car buying experience we've had! We had been looking for a Certified Pre-owned Rogue in all of the surrounding Nashville area with some specific requirements. I provided information o We had been looking for a Certified Pre-owned Rogue in all of the surrounding Nashville area with some specific requirements. I provided information online, and Stephanie Porter responded almost immediately. She was incredibly courteous and helpful to answer any questions she could before we came to the store. Her politeness and quick responses are what convinced us to drive out to Cookeville from Franklin. We actually canceled another appointment at a different dealership to drive out to Cookeville because of how she responded. When we arrived, we were placed with Walter Lee as our sales consultant. He took time to connect with us and understand our needs and price range. He was very courteous about the fact that we had a 2 month old newborn with us and was incredibly patient with our son's needs throughout the day. We had seen a vehicle online that seemed to match what we were looking for, and he was helpful in showing us everything on that vehicle to help us understand whether or not it met our needs. It was not at all a pushy sales pitch that you usually get from other dealerships. He wanted to make sure it actually fit our needs with a baby and 3 dogs. He helped us work out the price in a conflict free manner (again, that cannot be said at other dealerships). Even once we had signed the agreement, he sat with us and chatted to help make our wait for financing as pleasant as possible. Once we went through financing, he even went out and helped my husband install the car seat in the Rogue and get the phone connected via Bluetooth. Our process never once felt pushy or overbearing. I could not be more thankful to Nissan of Cookeville and Walter Lee for making this the best car buying experience we have ever had. More
