Andrew went over and above ! After a disappointing experience with Oak Ridge Nissan, I was connected with Andrew via an online request for information. We had a phone deal for the After a disappointing experience with Oak Ridge Nissan, I was connected with Andrew via an online request for information. We had a phone deal for the purchase of a Nissan Rogue SL within an hour or so (most of which was time I asked for to consider). Andrew came all the way from Cookeville to Knoxville the next morning to pick me up and drive me to Cookeville to finalize paperwork and pick up my car. That's about 90 miles each way. They were very up front with their pricing and I had a great experience throughout the buying process. The customer service throughout the dealership was outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and this dealership for your next purchasing experience. I got the car I wanted at a price I was happy with and everyone took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and directly.
