Fast and Professional!! I literally walked in and told the salesman exactly what type of car I wanted, exactly what I had to trade in for and what I would pay per month. Painless. : ) We had a wonderful experience. We were thinking about trading our car in so we decided to look at several dealerships in Cookeville. We stopped at Nissan first, and we never went anywhere else. We found a used Sentra there that fit our needs perfectly, Derreck was extremely helpful, knowledgeable,and not pushy. We ended up trading our car and buying the car that day. I can't say enough about Derreck He was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Theresa shadowed Derreck that day and she too was great. Chris helped us with the financing, and he did a wonderful job. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, and they all made us feel like we were in their "home".I can"t say enough good things about the whole time we were there.My husband and I would have a hard time buying a car anywhere else now.
