Service continues after the sale. We had paperwork to sign transferring my trade in. Justin offered to bring the paperwork to me instead of my wife and I coming to the dealership. He i We had paperwork to sign transferring my trade in. Justin offered to bring the paperwork to me instead of my wife and I coming to the dealership. He is very professional and continues to impress me with the service. I will use Justin and Cookeville Nissan again in the future. I drove from Manchester to Cookeville due to the selection offered. The finance department ended up finding a better deal for me after I had already purchased the vehicle. They ultimately saved us money and provided excellent service even after they made the sale.
