Short Tie I searched online and found the best selection at Cookeville Nissan. My plan was to try and buy new but if that would not work try buying used. Justi I searched online and found the best selection at Cookeville Nissan. My plan was to try and buy new but if that would not work try buying used. Justin started by asking me specifically what I was looking for. It was pretty simple, colors and trim package. I had noticed he had his jacket zipped up high. Finally another salesman pointed out his tie was cut off. This was done since he had made his first official sale last week. Justin took it like a champ. He was embarrassed from a minor issue like trying to find the exact truck that I was looking for. We visited 2 off site locations to try and locate it. We did just that and he made a second sale today. Justin buy cheaper ties if they do this every time. Great Job today. More
