Wonderful process! Jeff was easy to work with- no pressure. Wasnt like other dealerships where the salesmen are like vultures trying to get you to buy a car. Derrick St. We were very pleased , once again, with the service we received through Nissan of Cookeville, upon our recent purchase of a new vehicle. Derrick St. John, arranged for the tinting of windows of our new car,& said a loaner car would be available to us while the service was being done. On the day of service, we were early for our appointment time, as we had stopped in another town to do an errand on the way to the dealership. Derrick stepped right in, in his professional & efficient manner and took care of us. We appreciate the work of those behind the scenes who made our loaner car available. The help of the receptionist when we turned the loaner back in is also appreciated. Once again, we received excellent friendly service and care at Nissan of Cookeville...Thank-you Derrick! More
