Wonderful Service My husband and I had viewed the vehicles and deals on the dealership's website. We had an idea of what we wanted when we came in. We were interested i My husband and I had viewed the vehicles and deals on the dealership's website. We had an idea of what we wanted when we came in. We were interested in the electric Nissan Leaf, but had some concerns about the limitations of owning an electric vehicle. Eddie showed us that vehicle and the others we were interested in, making sure to keep our price point and mileage restrictions in mind. When it became obvious we were seriously considering the Leaf he brought Scott to meet us since he owns a Leaf himself. Scott was great about explaining the limitations and advantages of an electric car. He made sure to really consider our lifestyle and driving habits before agreeing that we would be a good fit for the electric Leaf. Both Eddie and Scott were incredibly patient and considerate when we said we'd like to go home and think things over. When we returned later that day Eddie was with another customer, but made sure Scott came to help us since we were already familiar with him. They both really went out of their way to help us and make sure we were confident with the choices we were making. They both stayed after the dealership had officially closed to see us through the end of the process. We returned a couple of days later because the batteries in the key fobs for the car were low and they offered to pay to replace both of the batteries, which were almost $20 a piece. Vince did a great job with our financing and helping us navigate the paperwork that comes with purchasing a car. He worked to make sure we were getting the best price on our trade in vehicle. Overall, this is the second car I've bought from Nissan of Cookeville, and the first for my husband. We definitely plan on purchasing our future cars from there. More
