He listened to our requests & respected our wishes for time to consider making a purchase. Even while out of town he made sure we were well cared for & well informed. Upon returning he had us on the top of his follow up list. He had a vehicle waiting that met our every expectation & followed through until we drove away in our new Nissan Rogue. Easy To Deal With We tried to purchase a used truck at several dealerships in our home town of Chattanooga, TN. However, we ere not able to get a reasonable offer for o We tried to purchase a used truck at several dealerships in our home town of Chattanooga, TN. However, we ere not able to get a reasonable offer for our trade-in. We contacted Nissan of Cookeville and basically worked out a deal by phone and drove an hour and a half North and came back with a Nissan Frontier at the price we agreed on. The salespeople were very easy to deal with and ready to make a deal with the finances we had available. I can't recommend them high enough. The only drawback is that the paperwork took quite a while due to limited clerical staff on the weekend. Otherwise it was a great experience even though we had to travel a ways to make a good deal. More
