Best Car Salesman --Brandon Ward I was extremely worried about purchasing a new car. I knew from past experiences that some places told you what they thought you wanted or needed to h I was extremely worried about purchasing a new car. I knew from past experiences that some places told you what they thought you wanted or needed to hear to get "the sale". I went to Nissan of Cookeville knowing exactly what I wanted but with an open mind. Brandon approached my father and I and ask if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and to my surprise Brandon didn't try to up sale me on anything. He listened to my concerns and promised he Understood what I needed. I told him I want Ed to look at another car at another dealership. He ask me where and even gave me a name of a salesman at that lot he was nice and stated that if I decided to purchase a Nissan to come back. Four hours later I was back at Nissan and he was very nice and helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs. He stayed late that night waiting on me to come back to pick up the car after my daughters softball game. I've never meet a better car salesman, I felt he seriously listened to my needs and concerns and I will definitely by my next vehicle from Brandon. We met two days later, this time with salesman Brandon Ward, and narrowed the choice between two cars. After test driving both cars and knowing what came with them, I decided to buy the Nissan Altima. There were some delays in the whole process but to make up for them we discussed geography and some history to pass the time, both salesmen displayed great interest in our conversation (even showing emotion when my father spoke of the horrors of living in a communist country) and that passed the time without any issues. At the end the finance manager, Vince Triglia, promptly got the paper work ready for me and we left shortly after. Would definitely recommend! More
