The Most Pleasant Vehicle Purchase I've Ever Made As the title indicates, this was the best experience I've had at any automobile dealership for any brand. Friends and associates have dealt with and r As the title indicates, this was the best experience I've had at any automobile dealership for any brand. Friends and associates have dealt with and recommended Nissan of Cookeville, and after I decided that a Frontier was the truck I wanted, I went the extra distance from the Knoxville area. The extra time and effort was more than compensated by the dealership's efforts to find just the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was Jeff Harrison, who responded to every call, question, and request without hesitation and with absolute professionalism. Jeff worked to find just the truck I wanted, and I got exactly the vehicle I was after: 4-door, long bed, 4-wheel drive, and the precise color and trim package, which is not very common. It was refreshing not to be bombarded with the high-pressure pitch, which is another reason I decided to go outside of the Knoxville area. Jeff Harrison is a true gentleman, and you'd do well to take a trip to Cookeville's Nissan dealership. And while the financing portion of the sale was brief in comparison, Stephanie Boles was equally pleasant and professional, and took time to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions along the way. The truck is great, and I can recommend Nissan, the Frontier, and the nice folks at Nissan of Cookeville without reservation. More

My first purchase at a dealership I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the fir I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the first day I came that I wasn't expecting to purchase on that day but he still tried to help me find a car in my budget, took his time with me, and let me test drive my favorite that day. I went to four dealerships in Cookeville that day and he was the only person to do that since they all knew I didn't want to purchase on that day. This caused me to come back the next morning and know what car I wanted and who I wanted to buy it from! He knew that this was my first time buying a car from a dealership so he tried to provide me with as much information as possible and help me understand everything. He was extremely nice and helpful for my entire experience. He even called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I needed anything. My mom was with me for my purchase and she even said that she wants to go back to Nissan and buy from Scott when she is ready to upgrade her vehicle. Stephanie Boles was also great in the finance office and helped figure out the best deal that would work for me! Great service! More
Just want to sell quickly I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Rogue from Cookeville Nissan. My first experience was a new 2013 model and I have no complaints, only compliments. But I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Rogue from Cookeville Nissan. My first experience was a new 2013 model and I have no complaints, only compliments. But then I was rear-ended and accordioned into the car in front of me. The dealership's body shop did not total the car, but came in $400 under Total. Then they kept my car for 41 days to only return it with a bent frame and gaps where there shouldn't be, torn seals, and dirt, debris, and hair inside the new paintjob. I returned to the dealership upset and intent that they "make it right." After multiple trips and phone calls, a deal was finally made aND I purchased a 2015 Rogue. The color I wanted was at a Nashville dealership. The next day I picked up my new Rogue which had been delivered to Cookeville. Shockingly, the paint on the entire rear end of the car was horribly chipped. It appeared as though the car was on on the front of the car hauler behind a gravel truck. I counted 27 paint chips. Cookeville Nissan washed this car before presenting it to me. They saw it, but still tried to sell to me. I refused ownership and a still-wrapped-in-plastic 2015 Rogue was delivered to the dealershipark for me. I LOVED that car. Sadly, last week a girl ran a stop sign and Tboned me and my 2 young boys. The Rogue took great care of use, therefore I decided to purchase a 2016 Rogue since the 2015 was a total. (I did not use the dealership body shop.) I had hoped the last experience was a fluke of bad service, bit it wasn't. Problems: 1. Sells guy Jeff quoted 2.99% interest - finance (Vince)gave me 4.67% (I have an 820 credit rating and last car was 1.99%). This made made my monthly payment $45 more per month. I am a teacher so $45 is a lot of money. 2. The dealership new I was coming to buy and said they would have car ready. I was meeting my husband after he got off work and I would have our young son's with us. When I arrived, we were shown a dirty smudged car. So checking the paint wasn't easy. 3. Of course when you buy a brand new car, you expect a sparkling, shiny clean car. I didn't get one. Not only did they leave smeared windows and dirty drip marks from water, BUT THEY DIDN'T WASH THE TOP OF THE CAR. 4. On they way home from the dealership I turned off XM radio and turned on local stations. Or tried to. Reception was terrible. When I arrived at home and was moving into my new car I relaxed they didn't attach my antenna. Now, my complaints might sound petty. But after purchasing 3 cars in 3 years from this dealership I expect A+ service. Jeff told me they sale 300 cars per month. Sales are too easy for them and apparently they don't have to work for customer satisfaction. This customer IS NOT SATISFIED. I WILL NOT RETURN. Next purchase will be a Toyota from the dealership down the road. More
