It's NOT everyday they're met with a well-trained team who speak layman's terms with customers because they understand that. These three made themselves available instantly, pretty much anytime they were asked. I came in with one car in mind and needed to know every little thing about it. I'm a guy of details and wasn't initially in the market for a used dealership vehicle even a week before. The fact that more than one person made a personal effort to stay in touch for almost a week, let alone for a blowout pricetag on a totally different car make than what they make a living selling was outstanding to me. Casey was swift and polite, and Neil was the main man: surprisingly relatable, going over more info with me than he was probably used to. Micah made the process smooth and simple once I'd settled the decision. Good job guys! More
