My wife and I were looking for an affordable, quality pre-owned vehicle. After looking at several options on the dealership's website, we made an appointment to see Kyle. Kyle showed us every option that we wanted to look at. My wife was set on getting an Altima, but after she got in one, she decided that she didn't like them. Instead Kyle showed us the cars that were within the price range that we were looking for. We decided on a Honda Accord that had just been traded in. All I can say is wow. Kyle exceded all of our expectations, and Vince worked to get us the best rate and payment that he could. I will definitely purchase from them again, and I can only hope that Kyle is still there when that time comes. More

I had the best experience at Cookeville of Nissan. My sales person was Shauz Daniels and he could not have been any nicer. I didn't get to the dealership until almost six in the evening and I was plannin sales person was Shauz Daniels and he could not have been any nicer. I didn't get to the dealership until almost six in the evening and I was planning on buying a car that night. They close at eight. Not only did he and his manager stay til nine with my husband and I, they never made it seem like it bothered them to stay late. Shauz seemed very honest with me and up front. I have had my car one month and I love it. I ran into one problem with the Sirius XM radio customer service because they wouldn't let me renew the subscription due to the previous owner. I called Shauz and he called them and took care of everything for me. He even made it clear to them that I was supposed to get three months free. I will definitely send my friends and family there if they mention wanting to get a new car! More
