Nissan of Cookeville

We were looking for another Altima as we were giving our 2008 Altima to our daughter. We looked at the 2013 models at a dealership in Knoxville as well as looking at 2012 Certified pre owned cars as we wer 2008 Altima to our daughter. Then we received the email from Consumer Reports about their build and buy program. We completed the information and within minutes heard from Josh. He answered all our questions, always called back when he said he would and made us feel very comfortable with the possibility of purchasing on line. We did originally have a trade-in and so did give the Knoxville dealership a chance to beat your price as it would certainly have been easier to drive to Knoxville than Cookeville. They didn't come close to your price and we were fortunate to be able to sell the trade-in locally, so we talked with Josh and made the deal. He kept us informed throughout the process, scheduling delivery, etc. The car arrived in our drive way within 15 minutes of its scheduled time. Randy West was very thorough and pleasant. First time we ever signed papers for a new car at our dining room table! Thanks Josh for making this such an easy and pleasant experience. And yes, we love our new Altima. More

The whole experience at Nissan at Cookeville this past Saturday was exceptional. I had my oil change and tire rotation in my Altima which was done in about 30 minutes.
