I had some questions regarding warranty work and fully expected my requests to be turned down or have to battle it out to get the issues resolved. I was floored when they checked my car and said, "OK, we have ordered all of the parts. They should be here in 2 days." I have never experienced such consistent, exceptional service anywhere else. I recently checked on purchasing another vehicle. Bryce Meeker and LeGrand Smith really went out of their way to help me get in a car in a payment range I could handle, not what they could talk me into to make a sale. Derrek St. John did an outstanding job helping us find the car that was perfect for us. He took great pains to find out what was important to us so that he could lead us in the right direction. He took an exhausting, frustrating, confusing situation and changed it to a calming, relaxing and fun experience! My husband was so impressed at his compassion and consideration to all our concerns. We were not planning, financially, to purchase a new vehicle at this time. But we had no choice. Derrek helped us figure out what was the most important things to us in making a purchase. To sum it up Derrek was HELPING US find the perfect car for me! Our concerns were safety rating, gas mileage, and of course what we could afford. His guidance and sincere concern for our needs lead us to purchasing the perfect car for us. It met all our needs and beyond! We left with a beautiful Altima with low mileage, all the bells and whistles at a price that did not need to be negotiated as I had been reasearching the prices for the type of car we choose and this was a great price!
